This is not just “more” CrossFit. For those athletes who desire to compete and succeed in CrossFit events the needs of competitive CrossFit training warrant a level of preparedness above general physical preparedness. If you are interested in this training, you need to discuss your desires with our coaches. Based on your desire and your abilities, we can help you program additional work to help you accomplish your goals.
This program at times may require more than 1 hour per training session and will include some self-study to include videos and mobility. The workouts are meant to expose deficiencies and weakness-then build them.
