If you are an experienced CrossFitter who would like to join CrossFit Wappoo, great! We are thrilled to welcome you.
At CrossFit Wappoo, safety is our primary concern. If you have 3 months prior CrossFit experience, drop in to a class to check us out. Please come in a little early to fill out our waiver and speak with a coach. Our trainers will review your knowledge of CrossFit movements and terminology. If you are able to demonstrate safety and competency in CrossFit movements, you are welcome to continue coming to regular classes. If for any reason one of the coaches or you feel as though additional help is needed, we may ask you to go to the Foundations class for a bit, or set up some one-on-one sessions to make sure you are safe and comfortable in class settings. Please contact us and let us know you are interested. If you do not have 3 months of prior CrossFit experience, please let us know you want to drop in and describe your prior experience.
If you are just passing through town and you are an experienced CrossFitter, there is a $10 drop in fee. You can purchase a T-shirt for $20 and we will waive your drop in fee. If you plan to return for an extended period, we charge a drop in fee of $10 per day or $40 a week. We ask that you send us a note letting us know of your plans. Just let us know your experience and when you plan to drop-in. Please come a little early so you can fill out a waiver.
You may find that CrossFit Wappoo does things a little differently than your “gym back home.” We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music.
