Strength Training / Powerlifting

Our CrossFit classes keep multi joint barbell movements programmed on an almost daily basis.  However, if you have strength specific goals or desire to compete in powerlifting we can help you program some supplemental strength work to meet those goals.  Keane Steele, our owner, is a USAPL (USA Power Lifting) Certified Club Coach and has competed in local and multi state powerlifting meets, if you want to get more strength work in than is offered in the daily workouts please let him know and he can help you with an additional program.
